Data and collection method

We collect your name, email, optional company and phone number, subject and message electronically. IP address, session and verification data may be processed to prevent abuse. Your acknowledgement of this notice, its version, submission time and reference number are included in the enquiry email. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal data.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to answer enquiries, handle requested quotations and services, and protect communication and information security. Depending on the enquiry, applicable grounds under Article 5(2) of Turkish Law No. 6698 include necessity for a contract, legal obligations, establishing/exercising/protecting rights, and legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Submitting this form does not provide marketing consent.

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised staff. Hosting, SMTP/email and security providers process data to the extent needed to provide their services. Data may be disclosed to legally authorised public bodies where required. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information for bot protection. Message content is not included in the CAPTCHA verification request.

International services

Cloudflare and the email infrastructure used may involve transfers outside Türkiye. Applicable transfer conditions and safeguards must be assessed separately under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Acknowledging this notice does not constitute explicit consent for international transfers.

Retention and security

Messages are sent to the corporate email system and are not stored in a separate website message database. They are retained as needed for the enquiry and applicable legal duties, then subject to deletion or anonymisation procedures. Hashed IP records for submission limits are short-lived. Hosting logs and email backups are subject to the relevant service retention policies.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients; rectification; deletion or destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients; object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
